2 answers to several askings:

We have found the Palazzo, when we have seen a add of TECNORETE at Piazza Doria, Dolcedo. since this house was not fitting for us, the broker showed us the one on the other side of the Prino river. Ivano was enthusiastic and I thought, if we find a buyer for Trincheri fast, we take the adventure. After publishing this film, took it 48 hours and we had a agreement. To our joy the buyer is a international artist. More about this in episode 5 with the title "Letters from friends". Does this sounds familiar? Then you probably have joined school in the GDR and had to write letters with soviet Kids.

The name of the new project came out of the urgent idea from a friend to get during this busy time a historic valuable motorbike (bmw R80, 1996) in germany. I did the registration online. Just give it a try. If you are out of mind, you maybe get creativ. so I took the freedom to design the lisence plate (FUE - Fuerth, D - Delia, I - Ivano, 11- at february the day of the Lourdes Madonna and the birthday of the men which rides my first motorbike) and give the name also to the new atelier/home project. Of course we used it to go to the notary.

and here the list of the activities since bying on 21.4.:

• sweept out 300 sqm, took away garbage, cleaned windows if the glas if there

• the favorite geranium and beloved salvia moved in

• new watch for electric and we got energie delivert even with missing data

• we have water, even missing some tubes

• as many have wished, we will restore the original single windows with the handmade wavy glas

• got the idea of thermic curtains

• a great gift of storic windows to use for replacing pieces

• pretalk for the scaffolding, so we will start with roof and fassad soon

• choosen matirial for the new electric

• selected heating systems

• expertise of all pipelines

you all have brought us good vibes and this got manifested with the profound blessing of all the space. Thanks to everybody which helps us so powerful and with ideas.
